Teeth grinding
Teeth-grinding is so harassing to me that I really want to extract that falling tooth in front, which I believe is the cause of my troubling grinding, in order to curb my teeth-grinding. But, someone told me once I extract my tooth, the tragedy would haunt me in the rest of my life, since I would, from that time on, have to extract my tooth one by one - and the hatred would never come to an end.
Surfing on the internet, I notice there are quite a bunch of people suffering from this grinding. There are also a number of advices there teaching you how to relieve or even eliminate this suffering. Most advices go to "using a tooth guard." I did buy a tooth guard from e-Bay, and it works to a high degree. However, there is still some disadvantage coming with it is -- wearing it you can't talk articulately. I used to be a good speaker, and, in a sense, I make a living by speaking articulately and eloquently. I can't just wear that guard all day long.
Hope there is a way to help me stop my teeth-grinding without compromising any of my good teeth --though it is a bit abnormal, I deeply believe there is such a way.
