最新醫學研究發現:鈣片與維生素 D並不會有助於骨折的預防

ABERDEEN, Scotland, April 28-Vitamin D and calcium supplements -- the inexpensive routes to bone health -- may be ineffective in the prevention of fractures.

Two unrelated British studies, one published in The Lancet and the other in BMJ, each came to surprising conclusions that contradicted the long-held belief that over-the-counter calcium and vitamin D supplementation could help protect older patients at risk for fractures.

Instead, these studies found no significant difference between groups in taking over-the-counter dietary supplements to reduce the risk of breaking a bone and those that didn't.
